WHY THIS WORKSHOP

AI interest is growing. Organisational capability isn't.

Our April 2026 survey of NGO leaders revealed a clear pattern. While almost every organisation is eager to explore AI, most adoption remains limited to individual experimentation. Teams are still searching for practical ways to integrate AI into fundraising, reporting and programme delivery.

High Interest

NGO leaders are ready to learn.

There is strong enthusiasm for AI across the sector, with leaders actively looking for practical guidance rather than theory.

Limited Adoption

Most AI use remains individual.

AI is often used for writing or brainstorming, but rarely embedded into organisational workflows or team processes.

Capability Gap

Capability—not curiosity—is the challenge.

The opportunity is no longer introducing AI. It is helping organisations build the confidence, systems and skills to use it effectively.

From experimentation to capability

This workshop helps organisations move from individual experimentation to organisation-wide capability—using their own documents, workflows and real-world challenges.
